Users represent and warrant that their content does not infringe any third-party rights. By using the Services, you grant Pruva Games a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, or incorporate User Content in the Services.

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

All purchases are managed by the platform (App Store or Google Play) and are final, unless platform rules provide otherwise. Pruva Games does not process payments directly. Subscription fees, renewal, and cancellation are subject to platform terms and applicable laws.

6. Termination

Pruva Games may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Services and associated data, including User Content, may be permanently deleted.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pruva Games does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pruva Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your location. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in your jurisdiction.
